1. About LandGrid

LandGrid is a digital real estate management and listing platform designed for real estate companies, developers, authorized management teams, registered agents, and individual users to create, manage, and showcase property-related information, including projects, layouts, plots, flats, houses, rental properties, agents, and associated details. LandGrid provides technology and digital listing services only. The platform does not act as a real estate broker, agent, seller, buyer, legal advisor, or financial advisor, and does not participate in or guarantee any property transaction. All property listings, prices, availability, descriptions, approvals, and legal compliance are solely the responsibility of the company, agent, or user who uploads the content. LandGrid does not verify ownership, legality, or accuracy of listings unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

• Only legally registered companies or authorized representatives may use paid services.
• You confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the company you register.
• Users must be at least 18 years of age.

3. Services Offered

• Company profile & branding pages
• Project, layout, plot, flat, and unit listings
• Agent and cadre management
• Lead and enquiry management tools
• Digital visibility and promotional tools

4. Fees & Payments

• LandGrid charges fees to companies or management for selected services.
• All pricing is communicated before service activation.
• Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated.
• LandGrid reserves the right to revise pricing or plans with prior notice.

5. No Brokerage or Transaction Role

LandGrid does not participate in property transactions and does not collect brokerage or commissions. Any agreements or payments between buyers, sellers, agents, or companies are strictly their own responsibility.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful information.
• Do not upload false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Do not misuse the platform for fraud or impersonation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Content & Data Usage

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, you grant LandGrid permission to host, display, and promote such content as part of the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

• Failure to make payments
• Violation of terms or misuse of services
• Providing false or misleading information

Termination does not entitle the user to any refund.

9. Platform Availability

LandGrid strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

LandGrid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for disputes between companies, agents, or customers.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LandGrid harmless from any claims arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

LandGrid may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
